Is pick up available?
As we are a wholesaler and operate from a warehouse, we are not open to the public.
In some cases if your order exceeds $200.00 we may allow pick up.
All items need to be paid for before pickup is possible, via direct transfer e.g. at a CBA Branch in person or via EFT as an invoice needs to be raised for dispatch to release the goods for you to collect.
Urgent Items:
If it's urgent then we may allow pick up same day, providing it is on a weekday.
Alternatively if you reside in Melbourne then postage can be reduced by sending us an email with your postal details for an individual quote.
Do I get a discount on postage if I purchase more than one item?
Postage discounts apply.
All you need to do is send us an email and we will quote you separately.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 3 to 4 days Australia Wide unless it is sent via Express Post which will arrive next Business day, providing you are in the designated areas.
Warranty:
All Our products come with a full 12 months Warranty. *Conditions apply*
Refund Policy:
All products are refundable minus postage costs and within 10 days of purchase date, packaging must be unopened and item undamaged.
We recommend installation of all AST products be installed by a qualified technician. Self installation may cause problems or damage. Please note warranty does not cover you for deinstallation / installation of the product.
